Vision Statement: 
To place 20-30 quality Indonesian church planters/tour guides in limitedly engaged or non-engaged people groups by using the resources provided by Shemah Tours and their partners. 

Mission Statement: 
By providing the conscientious Christian consumer a high quality tour, church planters have a valid identity and prolonged, intimate access to limitedly engaged or non-engaged areas.  We intentionally seek out quality church planters/tour guides and are focused on passing on jobs and leadership to them as quickly as possible.  We also seek strategic partnerships to provide training, support, and other necessary resources for Shemah Tours to realize its vision.

  We worship the Father, Son, and Spirit by: (1) seeking to reflect God’s glory in all we say, think, and do, (2) obeying Scripture no matter what the cost and proclaiming Jesus as LORD of all in both word and deed, and (3) offering all control of ourselves to the Holy Spirit.

• Dedication to Prayer
  
  We dedicate ourselves to communicating with God (while together and while apart) on behalf of each other, national & international partners, and the unreached people being ministered to through Shemah Tours and their partners. We also commit to mobilizing our brothers and sisters to do likewise.

• Living in Grace and Truth
  
  We live by grace because grace is the way in which God’s love for people is clearly demonstrated. We will strive to make the culture of our team grace-filled.  We will strive to live by grace yet not compromise the truth

• International Partnerships
  
  We intentionally depend on international relationships because God’s body is worldwide. Therefore, we seek to humbly learn from others and combine our gifts and resources in order to demonstrate a united body striving for one common goal.  We work as a team with nationals, giving them access to the resources we have access to, thus equipping them to be able to work independently as quickly as possible.

  We pursue excellence by initiating necessary changes in response to challenges with innovation and urgency. We will adopt the attitude of lifelong learners.  We strive to offer the best services available for a competitive price. 

• Modeling CPM Activities
  
  We commit ourselves to modeling activities in order to empower nationals to do the same. 

• Minimalist Approach
  
  We are committed to discipleship that encourages inductive Bible study where the Holy Spirit teaches doctrine and understanding from the Word of God.  We do not do a task that could be accomplished by a national partner and we are committed to leaving as soon as we feel that our vision is attained.

• Team
  
  Shemah Tours defines team as a group of people linked by a common vision, which aids in fulfilling the mission that is highly complex and has many interdependent subtasks.  We strive to have a team consisting of members with complementary skills that allows each member to maximize his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses.
